Our product datasheets are continuously evolving to make project planning and implementation even easier. From now on, you will find additional key figures on the first page for quick orientation. In addition, a second page has been introduced with tables and graphics offering deeper insights into Maintenance Factor, Current Levels, Acoustic Performance, and Luminaires per Circuit Breaker. This way, you have both essential data and practical additional information at a glance for more efficient project planning.
Maintenance Factor
The Maintenance Factor (MF), as defined in EN 12464-1, is calculated as MF = LLMF × LSF × LMF × RMF. LLMF (Lamp Lumen Maintenance Factor) and LSF (Lamp Survival Factor) depend on the luminaire type and quality, while LMF and RMF are influenced by environmental factors like dust, room conditions, and maintenance intervals. This information is available for all PROLICHT luminaires.
Current Levels
This table provides an overview of the electrical characteristics of the luminaires at different current levels. It includes information on power consumption, power supply, efficacy, and luminous flux for each level. The values are based on measurements conducted in accordance with the relevant standards and are intended to assist in the selection and planning of lighting systems. This information is available for all PROLICHT luminaires with an external driver.
Acoustic Performance
The graphic shows the equivalent sound absorption per object (Aobj) at the third-octave-band center frequency in accordance with ISO 20189. During the measurement, pink noise was used as the excitation signal in a hard-walled room. Combined with the surface area of the acoustic material, this demonstrates the high absorption capability of our acoustic luminaires. This information is available for all acoustic luminaires.
Luminaires per Circuit Breaker
This table provides an overview of different types of circuit breakers and the maximum number of luminaires that can be connected to each breaker type. The permissible number depends on the characteristics of the circuit breaker (e.g., Type B, C, or D) as well as the power consumption and inrush current of the luminaires used. These values serve as a reference for planning electrical installations in lighting applications. This information is available for all luminaires with an integrated driver.
