Resolve queries and complaints: You handle non-technical complaints and direct complex project configurations and specialist technical questions to the appropriate departments.
Manage your workload: You prioritise according to urgency and agreed response times, follow up on outstanding issues and suggest ways to simplify processes.
Keep data up to date: You carefully maintain customer, project and order data in CRM and ERP systems and keep clear records of progress.
Practical experience: You have completed commercial training or have comparable practical experience in order processing, internal sales or sales operations.
Process understanding: You understand workflows and dependencies, follow established standards and recognise early when information or decisions are missing.
Speed and accuracy: You handle a wide range of tasks quickly and accurately and set clear priorities when new demands arise.
Composure and perspective: You stay friendly and effective even when enquiry volumes are high, and seek support in good time when capacity is stretched.
