Position

SALES PROJECT MANAGER – INTERNAL SALES (M/F/D)
About Prolicht

Your technical expertise. Your projects. Lighting solutions worldwide.

Do you understand technology, think commercially and keep projects moving?
At PROLICHT, you turn customer ideas into concrete lighting solutions. In Internal Sales, you advise customers, develop tailored quotations and coordinate complex projects, working directly with Sales, Development and Production.

Your responsibilities: Advise. Find solutions. Manage projects.

  • Support Sales: You contribute your technical and commercial expertise throughout the sales process and act as a key link between Sales and the other teams.

  • Develop solutions: You configure products, calculate prices and prepare tailored quotations, including for bespoke solutions, in close coordination with the sales leads and the technical department.

  • Advise customers: You clarify technical and commercial questions, product availability and lead times, involving our specialist teams when needed.

  • Manage major projects: You coordinate project delivery and everyone involved. Where needed, you specify solutions from external suppliers.

  • Provide practical support: You are the first point of contact for customer enquiries and complaints, bringing in specialists when needed.

  • Keep information up to date: You maintain accurate customer, project and order data in our CRM and ERP systems.

What you bring

  • Technical understanding and commercial awareness: You turn requirements into suitable, commercially viable quotations.

  • Organisation and attention to detail: You calculate accurately and keep track of several projects at once.

  • Clear communication: You coordinate reliably with customers, Sales and specialist teams.

  • Initiative: You take responsibility and follow through until outstanding questions are resolved.

  • Digital skills: You use digital tools confidently, are open to AI and quickly learn to work with our CRM and ERP systems.

  • Enjoyment of cross-functional work: You enjoy connecting technology, Sales and project coordination.

  • English language skills: You have a strong command of written and spoken English.

Why PROLICHT?

Because you do more than prepare quotations.
You help shape solutions, take responsibility for projects and work closely with Development and Production. Your contribution is visible from the first customer conversation through to the agreed order.
