IT INFRASTRUCTURE TEAM LEADER (M/F/D)

• Maintain, administer and optimise our Windows and Linux server environment

• Manage and maintain SQL servers

• Take responsibility for network administration (LAN, WAN, firewalls, VPN, etc.)

• Maintain and manage our IIS web server

• Administer Active Directory and Group Policy

• Manage and integrate Microsoft 365 services

• Support IT projects and system migrations

• Ensure stable and secure IT operations

• Provide user support through the ticketing system

• Coordinate the existing team

• Completed formal IT training (e.g. as an IT specialist or IT technician) and relevant professional experience

• Sound knowledge of Windows Server, SQL Server, networking and Active Directory

• Experience with IIS web servers and Microsoft 365

• An analytical, structured and solution-oriented approach to work

• Initiative and a strong sense of responsibility

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Good command of German and English
